Aquilo Inspection and Reinstatement Services will be integrated into Rok's maintenance operations
ROK has acquired Aquilo Inspection and Reinstatement Services (AIRS) from its parent Aquilo for £2.1m.
AIRS manages building damage claims and inspections for insurance companies. It will be integrated into Rok’s maintenance operations
Commenting on the acquisition, Garvis Snook, Chief Executive of Rok, said the acquisition will enable Rok to provide an enhanced service to the insurance market.
He said: “Cients of AIRS will be able to benefit from the Rok Maintenance model of using our own directly employed technicians for the work we do.”
