Contractor to provide all property maintenance for insurers' customers for next three years
Property maintenance specialist Rok has won a £40m contract with insurer London Victoria to provide all of the property repairs for its customers for the next three years.
Rok will be one of three firms to carry out the work for London Victoria, using its contact centre in Mansfield, which it said had allowed it to become the number one player in the insurance repairs market.
Rok chief executive, Garvis Snook, said: "London Victoria is continually striving to provide improvements in services for its policyholders and we are delighted to assist in this process, having been selected for its panel of building repairs suppliers.
"This agreement follows the significant investment of time and resources that we have made over the past two years while developing Rok Insurance Services."
