Cartwright Pickard Architects has submitted a planning application for this £12m mixed-use scheme in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
The project, for Doncaster developer Urban i, includes refurbishing a four-bedroom townhouse, converting the grade II-listed Castle House and building a 16-storey tower and two five-storey apartment buildings. Bucknall Austin is acting as QS and Capita Symonds is acting as structural and services engineer.
