The £2.3m Lawford's Wharf development on the south bank of the Regent Canal in London has been completed. The mixed-use scheme in Camden Town was designed by architect and urban designer Stock Woolstencroft for Berkeley Homes. It comprises three buildings, two of which are new build. The third is a refurbished pair of grade II-listed cottages that have been extended for use as offices. The buildings are curvilinear and rendered white. Architect John Thompson and Partners did the outline design, structural engineer is JSA Consulting Engineers and M&E engineer is CJ Designs.
