Building’s Safer Skyline campaign claimed another victory on Tuesday as it won the campaign of the year category at the British Society of Magazine Editors annual awards

The drive to boost crane safety, launched in 2007 following a string of fatal accidents, was praised by the judges for meeting all of its goals, which included an agreement from the HSE to create a register of safety checks on tower cranes. It is the second recognition for the campaign this year. In July, it scooped the Periodical Publishers Association’s editorial campaign of the year award.
