PRP wins planning for 207 homes at Chobham Manor

Architecture practice PRP has won planning for the second phase of homes at Chobham Manor on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, east London.

The second phase at Chobham Manor received unanimous approval from the London Legacy Development Corporation.

Chobham Manor is the first of five neighbourhoods to be developed on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and will comprise more than 800 homes, plus shops, community facilities and open spaces.

Phase two will comprise 207 homes and will be developed by Taylor Wimpey and L&Q, with design work executed by PRP and Make.
