Seventh heaven: Contractor HBG has started work on phase seven of the Windmill Hill Business Park in Swindon for client St Martin's Property Corporation. The latest phase, which is worth £28m, was designed by Michael Aukett Architects and consists of four office buildings totalling 21,000 m2. Completion of the first two blocks is due in December. The project team includes QS Gardiner & Theobald, structural engineer Bunyan Meyer & Partners and services engineer Hilson Moran.
