Chief executive leaves contractor Shepherd, to be replaced by Allan McDougall
Vaughan Burnand, the chief executive of Shepherd Construction, has left the company.
Burnand had been at Shepherd since 1992, and had been Shepherd Construction’s managing director, and latterly chief executive since 2000. He was also chair of the Major Contractors’ Group health and safety working group.
Allan McDougall, formerly a chief executive of Shepherd subsidiary SES, has been appointed divisional chief executive of the Shepherd Group’s construction & engineering division.
Mark Perkins has now been appointed chief executive of SES.
