Regeneration specialist URBED will submit this masterplan for a £200m project to transform 20 ha of derelict land in Bristol at the end of April.
The Temple Quay North scheme, for Castlemore Securities, has been developed in partnership with the South West Regional Development Agency. The scheme comprises 500 homes and 50,000 m2 of office and retail space. URBED, in conjunction with Jon Rowland Urban Design and project manager Arup, won the masterplan following a design competition last summer.
