Client Peel Holdings has revealed plans for a £5.5bn development on Liverpool’s waterfront – a world heritage site.
The site begins at the famous Three Graces and continues north. Architect Chapman Taylor is masterplanner for the 150 acre development, which will include 50 buildings, many over 50 storeys, and 23,000 homes.
