Construction group will build two bypasses in south-west Poland
Skanska has won two road projects in south-west Poland worth £75m.
The deals, for the Katowice branch of the Polish General Directorate for Public Roads and Motorways, are for two bypasses worth £40m and £35.4.
Work will start on both projects in November, with one to be completed in November 2010 and one in January 2011.
Skanska’s Polish business, one of the largest construction companies in Poland, had sales of £600m in 2007. The company has about 6,500 employees.
