Bill Dunster Architects has revealed designs for an "eco-tower" it hopes will be accepted as part of a competition to regenerate Bermondsey Spa in Southwark, south London. Dunster is working on behalf of the Family Housing Association, which is co-ordinating one of three bids for Southwark council. SkyZed is a mixed-use, high-rise building that integrates retail space, work space, energy generation and housing. Architects for the low-rise part of the scheme are Dransfield Owen de Silva and Axial Design.
