Construction software firms Ramesys and RCS Construction Software have formed a partnership to supply housebuilders.
RCS, which supplies software to Fairclough Homes and Alfred McAlpine Homes, will be able to offer financial management and procurement packages provided by Ramesys as well as its own range.

Ramesys will also supply its communications hub Xchange, which links contractors to builders merchants such as Travis Perkins and Kerridge, to RCS clients. The next stage of the deal will see both sales forces promoting the software products of both organisations.

Ramesys deputy managing director Mark Chambers said the tie-up was a good fit. He said: "There is little overlap between our products. This is a one-stop solution that offers much tighter integration between products that will bring benefits to housebuilders."
