SMC Alsop’s design for this 27-storey mixed-use tower in Salford, Greater Manchester has received planning permission.

It includes four floors of retail and office space in the flared, patterned base, and residential accommodation in the tower above. It was designed with local practice SMC DTR:UK, for Vermont Developments.
