Hopkins Architects' St James's Park restaurant in central London opened last month. Inn The Park, which was developed by the Royal Parks, is run by restaurateur Oliver Peyton. It is made from Austrian larch, concrete and stainless steel and has a grass roof. The interior was designed by Tom Dixon, creative director of Habitat. The construction team included Bucknall Austin as project manager, Gardiner & Theobald as QS, Arup and E&B Engineering Services as services engineers, Arup as structural engineer, Ashe as construction manager and Swift Horseman as fit-out contractor.
