The 17,000-student institution, which is part of a regeneration scheme in Middlehaven, will house courses in construction and engineering, among others, when it opens in September 2008. The 30,000 m2, five-storey building will include public facilities such as a spa suite, a travel agency, hair and beauty salons and other leisure and cultural elements.
