Shepherd Construction completes work on PDD Architects-designed £27m prime residential development near Regent’s Park

The Atrium


Shepherd Construction has completed work on a £27m luxury apartment development near Regent’s Park in London.

The Atrium building, designed by PDD Architects for client Profin Management, comprises 27 apartments within an eight-storey building, together with a two-storey basement car park.

The project was managed by Pantelli Associates and Arup provided M&E and structural engineering.
