Herzog & de Meuron has unveiled these images of a 36,000-seat football stadium in Portsmouth.

The scheme is part of a £600m Waterfront Quarter development for clients Portsmouth FC and Sellar Properties, which will also include 1,500 homes built on 13 acres of reclaimed land at Portsmouth Harbour. The club’s previous stadium at Fratton Park will also be redeveloped. Make has been commissioned to design 750 apartments for the site.
