Architect HOK International has designed this mixed-use development for clients Ridgeford Properties and Manhattan Loft Corporation.

The scheme in Bolsover Street in west London will include a medical facility, 110 residential units and 300 m2 of offices. The two-phase construction process will be complete at the end of 2011. The project has just been submitted for planning permission.
