Visitors to the two tallest towers in Salford will be able to swim on the roof of one, and look across to the Peak District from the other.

The £180m project, which has just been given planning permission, incorporates a 165m tower with observation deck, and a 111m tower with an open-air swimming pool and spa at its summit. The scheme has been designed by Manchester-based Arca Architects, and will be built by developer BSC Group.
