Ian Simpson Architects has designed this £125m, six-star hotel in Glasgow. Progress Property Developments has applied for planning permission for the scheme, which will contain 158 bedrooms and 68 apartments.

It joins other hotel and residential towers designed by Simpson for six English cities, including the 48-storey Beetham Tower in Manchester. Woolgar Hunter is the structural engineer, KJ Tait the services engineer and Doig & Smith the quantity surveyor.
