Great Yarmouth council has given the green light to a £35m leisure complex, designed by architect ColladoCollins.

The Edge, a 25,000ft2 scheme for client Pleasure and Leisure, will include a casino, 10-screen cinema and bowling alley on the town’s beachfront. At night, the development will be illuminated by a multi-coloured lighting scheme designed by Arup. Construction is due to start later this year.
