Construction is about to start on this residential scheme on Newquay promenade in Cornwall.

The Pearl, designed by LHC Architecture and developed by Acorn Property Group, has already sold 10 out of its 14 apartments, including two penthouses worth more than £1m each. The contractor is Stradform.
