Nick Raynsford, Building columnist and former construction minister, was one of the winners at this year’s Building Awards, attended by more than 1,500 people at the Grosvenor House hotel on Tuesday.

Raynsford was named Personality of the Year and Balfour Beatty's Ian Tyler won the Chief Executive of the Year award.
