This 'neighbourhood centre' has been designed by architect Haworth Adams for not-for-profit developer Coin Street Community Builders. The scheme, near Waterloo in central London, forms the fourth side of the horseshoe-shaped Iroko Housing Co-operative development, also designed by Haworth Adams.The centre is due to open in 2005 and will contain a 60-place nursery, a 10-place crèche. Structural engineer is Price & Myers, planning supervisor is PFB Consultants, M&E consultant is Max Fordham, QS is Davis Langdon & Everest and facade consultant is Harry Montresor. A contractor is yet to be appointed.
