Council gives planning approval for a 44-floor block, the latest part of Ballymore's Providence Wharf development

Tower Hamlets Council has approved planning permission for the latest part of Ballymore’s Providence Wharf development.

Building C, known as the Quebec Building, will be a residential development containing 486 flats.

Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the 44 floor building will be the tallest in Providence Wharf. As well as apartments it will house a 323m2 retail unit and a 948m2 Health and Fitness club.

The council’s strategic development committee granted planning permission by a decision of four to two.
