This 392 m landmark tower, designed by architect Kohn Pedersen Fox, is part of a £342m masterplan for Rotterdam's Parkhaven, the area between the city centre and the river Maas.
The 95,000 m2 tower is designed as a vertical city with flats, offices, leisure facilities, public spaces and a viewing platform at the top. The masterplanner is Jerde Partnership. Structural engineer is an Aronsohn/Corsmit joint venture and Leslie E Robertson Associates of New York. The client is a joint venture between the Merwede Group and contractor Ballast Nedam.
