This £50m art deco-inspired mixed-use scheme in Bournemouth from architect CZWG has just been submitted for planning permission

If it obtains consent on 1 October, the developers Grosvenor and Tonstate Group will create five buildings around a multistorey car park, including a 173-bedroom hotel, 120 homes and 1,500m2 of office space.
