£125m office scheme will use energy and sustainability performance test similar to BREEAM and LEED

A £125m office scheme in the City of London will be the first project in the UK to use an Australian sustainability scheme similar to BREEAM and LEED.

Angel Court in Bank will be the first to use the National Australian Built Environmental Rating System, which measures the energy and sustainability performance of a building.

Engineering consultant Waterman, which has provided structural and environmental services on Angel Court, is working with the project’s developers Stanhope and Mitsui Fudosan on the 18-month pilot scheme. The architect is Fletcher Priest.
