Regeneration developer Urban Splash has been chosen by Irvine Bay Urban Regeneration Company in Scotland to build a £70m mixed-use scheme at Irvine harbourside in Ayrshire.

The scheme will include 300 homes as well as shops and offices on an 11 acre site. It is expected to create 100 construction jobs.
