Architect reveals plans for luxury apartment, designed for Malaysian developer Sime Darby Property
UK architect 3DReid has unveiled designs for its first project in Malaysia to start on site. The Véo Melawati luxury apartments in Desa Melawati, 15 minutes from the centre of Kuala Lumpur, have been designed for Sime Darby Property, one of Malaysia’s largest developers and part owners of Battersea Power Station.
Piling works are underway on the two 30-storey towers and the site is currently being prepared for main building construction to start in April 2013.
3DReid opened its Malaysian office in 2010 and is working on a range of residential,commercial, shopping centre and mixed-use developments.
