Architect Benoy has secured planning permission for this £500m mixed-use regeneration scheme at Victoria Harbour in Hartlepool.

The 94,000 m2 development will include 3430 homes, a primary school, offices and leisure space. Project partners Tees Valley Regeneration and landowner PD Ports aim to appoint a developer by the summer, for start on site later in the year. The Government Office for the North East gave the project the go-ahead last week.
