Sir Peter Cook and Zaha Hadid have won design competitions for two of the five buildings at Vienna Business University’s £225m campus.

Cook describes the design by his London-based Crab Studio (pictured), as “an architecture that unfolds around passages, pockets, terraces, semi-enclosed space and finally, open space”. The construction of the whole campus for 3,000 students is planned to start next year and be completed in 2012.
