Joint venture will fit out part of Royal Oldham Hospital to create haemotology ward, day case unit and surgical ward

A joint venture between Vinci Construction and Sir Robert McAlpine has won a £5.5m hospital job in Manchester.

Integrated Health Projects (IHP) will fit-out part of the Royal Oldham Hospital to create a haematology ward and day case unit on the first floor and a surgical ward on the second.

Vinci is already building a three-story radiotherapy centre at the site as part of a £16m contract.
