Vinci wins £13m bus station job

Contractor will overhaul the transport hub in Greater Manchester

Vinci Construction has landed the contract to build a new transport interchange in Ashton-under-Lyne.

The contractor secured the job from Transport for Greater Manchester with a £12.9m bid - £2.1m less than the job’s original £15m price tag.

Price made up 30% of the award criteria.
