SP Faizey Architects plan 360 canal-side apartments, offices and leisure space in the West Midlands
Staffordshire based developer Jessup has submitted planning application for a mixed-use canal-side development in Walsall, West Midlands. The £65m scheme, called Waterfront South, is designed by SP Faizey Architects and will consist of 360 apartments, a 4800 sq m office block and other commercial space for offices, restaurants and cafes. The development, which is next to Urban Splash's Walsall Waterfront and the New Art Gallery Walsall, will also include canal-side amenity improvements and a pedestrian bridge over the canal.
