The contract is set to run for the next decade
Wates has landed a £100m housing maintenance contract for Midlands-based housing provider Longhurst Group.
The 10 year contract will see Wates deliver a programme of repairs, refurbishments and planned maintenance works across Longhurst Group’s residential housing stock, including around 16,000 homes across the Midlands.
Wates has close to 100 people working on the project with the deal covering cities and towns including Birmingham, Boston, Nottingham, Grimsby and Lincoln.
