Western blocks: The second phase of Berkeley Homes’ Chelsea Bridge Wharf has been submitted for planning. Designed by Scott Brownrigg + Turner, the Centurion building is made up of more than 70 apartments on a brownfield site next to Battersea Park and Chelsea bridge in south-west London. Contractor is Bovis Lend Lease, structural engineer is Whitby Bird & Partners, M&E engineer is Wallace White and project manager and QS is EC Harris. Health and safety is the responsibility of Gleeds.
