The brewer is suing Hallam Kitchens and John Dixon and Associates for more than £300,000

Brewers Whitbread is suing Hallam Kitchens, of Rotherham, and John Dixon and Associates, of Manchester, for more than £300,000 after a fire broke out at the Gap Inn Brewers Fayre six years ago. Both companies were carrying out work on a kitchen extension when a fire started. They are accused of breach of contract and negligence.
