Consultant strengthens international business with purchase of specialist financial consultant
Consultant White Young Green (WYG) has acquired Management Consultants Group in a move to boost its international business.
Management Consultants Group is an international public financial management consultant. Its subsidiary, International Management Consultants Limited (IMCL) will join WYG International.
IMCL is a financial management consultant to governments and public bodies in third world and transitional countries.
Lawrie Haynes, WYG chief executive, said: “IMCL brings a depth and range of complementary public financial management skills and experience into WYG International.
“The international business is a rapidly expanding area for WYG with increasing global focus on world class corporate and financial governance systems and processes.”
IMCL clients include the UK Department for International Development, the World Bank, the United Nations Development Programme and the Asian Development Bank.
Management Consultants Group chairman Michael Parry and directors Stewart Maugham, Christopher Willford and Guy Anderson will be joining WYG.
