The 18-storey building on Victoria Way contains 17,390m2 of office space and more than 900m2 of restaurant and leisure facilities with a rooftop cafe and cocktail bar. The development is financed by Hutley Investments, Scott Wilson acts as service engineer and Mercer & Miller is quantity surveyor.
