A £35m residential development in Milton Keynes has been selected as the sole UK entry in an international shortlist of nominees for the Urban Land Institute’s Awards for Excellence

The scheme, called Wolverton Park, was designed by RPS Group for developer Places for People. It includes 300 mixed-tenure homes, commercial space, community facilities and a 2.5 acre park. The winners of the competition will be announced on 22 June.
