John Richardson joined board 12 years ago and was also chair to consultant engineer’s audit committee
John Richardson, non-executive director of WYG, the company formerly known as White Young Green, will retire from the company at the end of this month.
Richardson, who joined the board 12 years ago, was also chair of the consultant engineer’s audit committee and his departure follows the completion of the company’s refinancing deal last year.
Non executive director David Jeffcoat will take his place as chair of the audit committee.
WYG chair Mike McTighe said: “I would like to thank John for his significant contribution, commitment and service over the past 12 years and wish him well in his future endeavours.”
