White Young Green wins facility management contract for County and Crown Courts in Wales and Cheshire.
The Department for Constitutional Affairs has appointed White Young Green as court facility managers in the Wales and Cheshire region.
The management agents property services contract includes FM services for all County and Crown Courts in Wales and Cheshire.
After April 2005, when the rules governing Magistrates’ Courts are changed, White Young Green will also be given responsibility for the Magistrates’ Courts in the area.
The initial contract runs for three years, with an option to extend for a further two years. It is the latest step in a period of growth for White Green Young’s Cardiff office, which has led to an expansion of its premises to accommodate new staff.
