Keep up to dateArchitect Haworth Tompkins has completed the renovation of the Young Vic theatre, originally designed by Bill Howell in the 1960s.
The work heightened the auditorium, created two studios and introduced a communal space for actors and the audience. The theatre opens its doors to the public next Wednesday. The project manager was Buro 4 and the structural engineer was Jane Wernick Associates.
