Stoke on Trent based Newstead Trade Frames invests in training for its entire workforce, and likes to take this commitment one step further and support its staff outside the office too.

Simon De Winton, Trade Warehouse Supervisor at Newstead for 12 months, plays darts at a professional level. The rest of his team work for Newstead too; Newstead will be sponsoring them with shirts and flights for the darts. ‘I think it’s important to support your staff inside and outside of the office,’ says Adrian Locker, Director and General Manager of Newstead.

Newstead staff now dine at a new canteen, run on a non-profit basis by Catering Manager Mel Ridgeway.
