Shepherd Engineering Services is to design, build and install the m&e services for the new £21 million Leeds Nuffield Hospital.
Alongside typical building services, the £7 million contract for the 90-bed multi-storey private hospital includes specialist services for the ultra-clean theatres, medical gas pipe networks and autoclave sterilisation facilities.

There will be dedicated areas for heart and keyhole surgery, plastic surgery and sports injuries.
