The property services group, OCS has bought security experts, Resolution, in a bid to transform its security division into one of the largest businesses in the sector, valued at some £70 million.
Resolution was formed eight years ago and has an annual turnover of £24 million as well as an array of blue chip clients based in London. It has been seeking a partner for some time, while OCS Security, a top ten security company, has also been looking to expand its security services.
Resolution's chief executive, Dai Prichard, operations director, Dougie Blackford and managing director, Martin Rackstraw, will all remain with the company as part of the parent group, OCS Security.
