A £3.7m scheme for 23 affordable homes with riverside views in Bexley, south London, has started on site.
The development, by Orbit Housing Group and Hill Partnerships, uses an off-site manufacturing system developed by Yorkon and BPTW Architects. Each unit comes with fixtures and fittings such as plumbing and electrics already installed.
