F&G promotion
Faithful & Gould has promoted Mike Foggon to regional director at the firm’s Newcastle office. Formerly associate director for the office, he will concentrate on F&G’s regeneration projects and continue to provide cost advice on schemes such as the London Olympics, the Lea Valley regeneration work, and the Newcastle and Gateshead Pathfinder projects.
Foggon joined F&G in 2003, bringing with him over 25 years experience in project management and quantity surveying.
Martin Round, director for F&G, said: “Mike is well respected within the region and is an integral part of our team. His promotion to regional director is testament to his hard work.”
Walker Pritchard hires two
The Walker Pritchard Partnership has made two new appointments, with Tim Thomas joining as commercial surveyor and James Walker appointed to develop the firm’s dispute resolution services.
Property team gets new directors
Dunlop Haywards has promoted three of its London-based managers within its commercial property management division.
Naomi Brown has been promoted to director within the public property management team, which provides the public sector with strategic investment advice.
Jo Anderson has been promoted to director within the private client team, and will focus on rent and service charge budgets.
Paul Hanrahan has been promoted to director within the asset management team.
From California to Clarus
Clarus has added Matthew Rowan as an associate director, responsible for cost management, in its London office.
He joins from Gardiner & Theobald, where he was senior associate, specialising in office developments.
As well as holding a BSc Honours degree in cost management, Rowan was also former president of the RICS’ California Chapter.
Grant Thornton Project Finance
has expanded its regeneration team with the appointment of Neal Beevers as senior manager. Beevers joins from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he led business planning and delivery assignments in the regeneration sectors. In his new role he will focus on regeneration as well as help to develop future business opportunities.
Karl Eddy, partner and national director of regeneration, said Beevers would play a significant role in developing the national practice, especially in the north of the country.
